Jakob is doing great.
He is 31" tall. He is in the 90% for boys.
He is 25 lbs & 2 oz. That is 75% for boys.
He received 5 shots today, but is almost all caught up. His next appointment isn't until March. Yea.

I still can't believe Jakob's a whole year old already. Love the new shirt he has on:) I'm sure he will have a great time with dad this week. They love to play together.
