We had to wait about 1 hour so it was not too bad. Jakob came back to the post op room in his crib. He slept for another hour before he started to wake for us to pick him up. He had an IV in his foot, so it was hard to hold him for a little while. Once he came around he was ready to drink and go home. The doctor said he will have some pain for a few days, so we are going to stay at home and not do much. We have already watched Baby Einstein 4 times today. Going to Blockbuster in a bit to find some more movies. He is eating pretty well. The hospital did a great job we were home by 10:00. Just wanted to give everyone an update. Back to Baby Einstein!!

Glad to hear it went well! Some day you'll have to share this post with him...like when he's 16...he's going to be SO GLAD that everyone knew about his surgery. :) :) :) :) :)
